"Unbelievably Bad Telephonist!"

Called to ask for a price guide with view to booking. The quote was okay and so I asked if I could book the taxi.

The woman ignorant to the least! Shouting and cursing at her children in the background.

I asked if I was calling at a bad time as she was making me like I was an inconvenience.

She the pointy asked if I wanted the booking or not. To which I replied I didn't now think I did!

So that's a £40 fare for a 15 mile journey they have lost and I now need to find another company..
