"Young lady barber not listening to us"

We went to the cutting crew to cut my sons hair. i told her to use number 2 on him which will give him a nice summery look. but instead of using number 2 she used number 1 instead. my son was almost bold, something i did not ask for. at the end she did not even clean his lose hairs on his face and ears. my son was crying all the way home with this. not happy at all !.
