"A friend of mine had a very nasty experoence"

My friend who is a 71 year old man who visited your pub as a guest and was short changed when buying a drink the bar person was very rude and raised her voice to which 3 gentleman at the end of the bar stood up and approached him aggressively to which my friend left leaving his £20 behind. This is very poor customer service and I will be reporting it to the brewery as I'm sure like me they will be very shocked to hear how customers who decide to visit the pub get treated.
