"Poor management"

Hello

Have been a regular at this venue for many years. Please let me know when the latest excuse for a Manager moves on to the west end. She seems to have missed the point that Bingo is an adults game. As adults and customers we would much prefer if she used her time on stage to inform us of whats going on. Instead she thinks its hilarious to use her time to do a stupid dance and blame the staff for not relaying important (management) changes to the nights prize money. This has happened several times since she took over and quite frankly the customers are not happy.

I really do NOT know how this person qualified for the job in the first place but I think her calling is elsewhere preferably among children.

I will not be returning until there is a replacement in situ. Anything.
