"Talk Talk has been sending me monthly bills despite my relocation from the apart"

It is sad that Talk Talk has been sending me monthly bills despite my relocation from the apartment at No 1 Swan Lane, CV1 4GA, Coventry. I notified Talk Talk of the expiration of my tenancy at the above address on the 1st of July, 2017 and immediately internet service was disconnected but to my greatest surprise, Talk Talk has been sending me monthly bills afterwards even when I have moved out of the apartment. Does it mean Talk Talk does not have records of active customers or does it mean Talk Talk does not monitor internet services to customers? I am really puzzled and I want these bills cancelled immediately.
