"No staff poor food very disappointed why waste money doing place up spend money "

Arrived just before 6 pm 2 young staff serving behind bar got our drinks order wrong told him 2 lemonades and 1 coke only given one of each so had to order another lemonade so had to pay for extra drink holding up a massive que. arrived at food counter no staff around chef or clearing staff had to wait nearly 10 mins before staff from bar had to get chef to serve after another customer complained about ordering her pizza 20 mins before and not given a buzzer and had to wait. chef was very rude my son having an adult meal give 2 very small pieces of meat smaller than a child's meal pea were hard and unedible and Yorkshire pudding looked like it had been left from 3 day before . Why pay for a nice new pub if ur staff have no training and the food is very poor ended up leaving hungry and very disappointed after spending so much money doing the pub up being let down by staff and food being left on counter for long periods of time.
