"Don't rely on them"

When I purchased a use Suzuki Swift for my wife, part of the deal was an mot and a service which were both due. They also agreed to replace a rear light cover which was cracked. I travelled over quo miles a week later to collect the car as agreed, and only when I'd paid in full, was I told that they hadn't serviced or mot'd the car and they hadn't replaced the light cover either. (They "forgot").

I had to wait over four hours for them to get the car tested and serviced, and the took a light cover from another used vehicle to put on mine instead of a new one.

I wasn't given a service worksheet or the mot certificate but was promised them in the post. 2 month's and eight phone calls later, and ive still recieved neither.

You can't rely on them or believe a word they say, and I'm surprised a brand like Suzuki want anything to do with them..
