"Unhelpful attitude of staff"

After reading the review made a few days ago I totally agree and furthermore I feel Unfortunately the civil servants skills for customer service need to be improved at the job centre for some individuals especially. They are there to help people obtain employment. We live in a society where Everyones circumstances for being unemployed are different and they should bear this in mind before making judgement!.
