"Customer service needs attention"

I had ordered a porch for the front of my house which was due to be fitted next week. Today I had a visit from the grumpy guy who quotes and said the door would have to open outwards. In a street with lots of porch doors that open inwards it seemed odd. So I asked a friend to look and he called them. Apparently the same bad attitude and they said they didn't want the job anyway.

So much for customer service.

A shame because the fitters are good (recommended to me), it's just the office that couldn't care less..
