A review of Gaffney's Irish Shop by Mrs Carole Flynn written on Tuesday 23rd of August 2011
Gaffney's is a gorgeous little shop on the Binley Road that my Mam and I have used for years. They nearly always have what you're looking for-from potato cales, white pudding, red lemonade and the most gorgeous Rosary beads and gifts for Sacraments throughout the year, and if they don't have it??? Well its no trouble to order it in for you. They are friendly and welcoming to the point that half of their customers take time out on their little chair which is snuggled cosily in a corner. If you're Irish you should pay them a visit, in fact-even if you're not-you should still pay them a visit and be enchanted by the Irish charm and tunes that ebb from this little shop. .
