If you want to watch staff running around like headless chickens in an atmosphere of total chaos ( obviously none of the staff are trained ), ask for the same item more than once and never receive it, finally end up with greasy food and then when you come to pay there is no record of your order then Playwrights is definitely the place for you. Customer care Nil. Quality of food Nil. How has it survived ten years?.
