"The stair lift is broken....."

I tried to use the "Drop In Centre" one day, and was told that the stair lift was broken. I explained that I didn't want to use the stair lift, I wanted to use the meeting room and the computer, but I was still denied access. The staff explained that in their opinion you should make an appointment before arriving at the office - "You can't just drop in!". Since then, they have stopped advertising the Drop in Centre on their website. I've spoken to a number of other former VHT clients - and they have received similar treatment. Its a real shame - Coventry needs a Head Injury Support Forum, and VHT have the premises the budget and the staff. Unfortunately they appear to lack leadership and inclination..
