Lovely, moist, delicious sponge with jam and cream. Icing was the best ever tasted, soft enough to just start melting in your hand as you ate it. Every one at party commented on the most tastiest cake I have ever bought ( and I have tried a few ). Slightly over priced but no dearer ( or cheaper ) than anywhere else. Going again for christening cake..
