"Very poor service"

I called up at 9am today and placed a big order from the breakfast menu. I was told it would be here for 10:15-10:30. It has not arrived and have tried calling them a number of times and it just rings out. Considering this has been put under new manangement recently its not the best start to their buisness. A massive loss to a "family run buisness" as we were an order of around 15 people that could of possibly been ordering every week. We shall now stick to what we know to be a reputable sandwich shop. .
