"Very poor service, good food"

The service here was no short of rubbish. The waitresses do that have the correct mannerism to do their job. had to wait 30 minutes before we were even acknowledged, another 1.5 hours for our starters and another hour for our mains. We were then offered free alcohol, which the waitress already knew we would decline as we do not drink alcohol, if they were really bothered about a gesture for their poor service why not take a percentage of the food bill for such rubbish service??.
