"2 days or 4.5 days?"

A review of XL Motors Accident Repair Centre by Mr Karl Rooke written on Monday 1st of July 2013

My car needed the wheels refurbished so took it to XL motors in Coventry. A repair centre that prides itself on excellent workmanship. I dropped it off on a Wednesday evening and was told it would be ready by late Friday afternoon.

They then told me it would be ready on Monday afternoon I between 4-5 pm

I went to the garage where the wheels were in the drying / baking room looking very nice I must add but a by bemused why it has taken so long. I also arranged for a little dint to be removed from the near side wheel arch panel.

That hadn't been done either.

I am disappointed to be told different days when my car will be ready, but I hope the workmanship will be excellent as my second review will be one of complaint and disappointment.

The workers at the garage are a good bunch but guys be honest with your timings. I'm not a insurance claim!!!!.
