"Customer service very poor"

Had a lip wax , it was extremely painfull as the wax had been heated all day! Obviously it needs to be kept at a certain temperature which the owner doesn't know and she should. Employs young staff who are only interested in what they look like. Felt totally uncomfortable while having another treatment , was completely ignored for the first 45 min while their Facebook/messages were checked. Need a lesson in customer service!!.
