"Great Customer Service"

I have been using this florist to deliver flowers to my mum and Sister for the last 5 years. The reports I receive back about the arrangements is always glowing.This review relates to a specific event which epitomizes the level of customer service that this shop adheres to.

I live in the US and I still have family living in Coventry. One Saturday early in the summer I realized it was Mother's Day the following day. I called Fairytale Flowers but because of the time difference the shop was about to close and the lady informed me that all the deliveries were out and the next delivery date was on Monday.Understanding this I went ahead and placed an order anyway hoping my mum would be happy receiving the flowers even if it was a day late. You can imagine my surprise when only a few hours later my mum called me thanking me for the beautiful flowers. I can only imagine that the lady processing my order realized I was in a different country and somehow managed to squeeze a last minute delivery in.

Awesome customer service. Kudos!
