Mark, the owner hurry up the other instructors even if drivers not confident. All it's about to do as quickly as possible. Stupid jokes behind learners back not raising their confidence. This guy does not have a clue what customer service is.

Personally would suggest to look around for other company. Shaun saved a day as I would walk off, if I had training with Mark..
