Polite, friendly, informative and the most crucial of all qualities, HONEST.

My MOT had expired so I was desperate to book my car in. I walked into the reception explained my situation,I was greeted and treated in a pleasant manner, booked in that day,I was phoned within a couple of hours, informed of repairs that were required and after giving my permission to complete the faults told my car could be collected by the end of the day.

My car is old and has had better times, so I was expecting to be given a long list of ailments which I would of believed because of the cars age.

But no, Park Motors were fair and sincere. I will happily return there again and advise my friends to do the same..
