After numerous direct communications (6 to be exact) it is common practice/courtesy not just in business but in everyday life that you would expect RCI designs to get back to me as the customer. They have not only ignored me but have taken and held onto my existing plans which have delayed me progressing our home improvement which is causing undue stress on my family..
