Purchased a bed 3 days ago the headboard fitting were on the wrong end so had to cancel headboard and have one put on the wall instead,they would not refund my 20 pound deposit even tho its 3 weeks till the headboard will be ready, the lady was very rude and unsympathetic towards me and they used a man and van delivery and he asked my Daughter to help him get it off the van and up the stairs I wont be going here again.The Lady who sold me the bed was very nice I have to say maybe could give he colleage a few lessons .
