"Could be cleaner and docs could be more professional"

The surgery could be cleaner, the receptionists could be more vigilant instead of having chit chats and cups of tea, they could be paying attention to the patients waiting to check in. Also the doctors such as Dr Cockrill could be more of a doctor, he just looks things up in books or online. I could do that! Dr Nagra is great though!.
