I visit Pargetters regularly as a GP and the find the whole team accommodating and knowledgeable. I therefore prepaid both my parents' funerals with them.

When Dad died it was so much easier to have sorted a lot of it beforehand. Everyone there was so kind to me from when they collected him from home to when I collected his ashes from them; it was never too much trouble for me to visit and sit with my Dad - as he was not embalmed that was potentially a bit more of an issue.

We had a private family funeral and it was handled with grace and dignity by Vernon; we could not have said goodbye to Dad in a better way.
