"Provision of ballet DVDs"

A review of Tile Hill Community Library by Margaret Johnson written on Wednesday 3rd of March 2010

I was disappointed recently to be unable to obtain loan of a DVD of Prokoviev's ballet Romeo and Juliet through the Coventry, or national, library system. I couldn't well afford the £12 it has now cost me to buy the DVD very accessibly via Amazon (though I'm a bit nervous it might prove to be in the wrong format, another reason why I would have preferred to borrow rather than buy.) With recent TV programmes ballet enjoys a lot of public interest, and this ballet would appear to offer a pleasant experience of an attractive classical music score to young and old alike. .
