Good GPs let down by a surgery with more patients than they can handle. I would have thought things would improve with the new building but it seems not! I had bloods done almost two weeks ago and I've rang numerous times but they don't have a consistent answer, some say blood results have come back and awaiting a doctor to check but others say they've not come back yet! Why is there no straight answer? The icing on the cake was today after battling for an appointment last week I managed by some miracle to get a telephone appointment, which didn't materialise and on calling the surgery was told the doctor is off sick and surprise surprise no one else is available! Didn't even have the courtesy to ring and let me know so the appointment can be rearranged! Clearly don't care about people's health!.
