"Not happy"

I went online chose my orders added them to my basket it was saying everything I chose was in stock, tried to pay came up error. so I phoned the helpline up the lady was lovely but told me everything I had ordered was out of stock. How can JD sports allow me to put it in my basket if it isn't in stock. FUMING!.
