"Awful...."

This person took our money for some dresses and said they would take 4-6 weeks to arrive. After we chased them for 3 weeks we were told they would arrive 4 months later in may (6 weeks before the wedding), May came and we had to chase them again and was told they would arrive 3 days before the wedding. We obviously asked for a refund at this point so we could buy different dresses. She got really snotty and blocked our numbers and rejected letters we sent, this has been going on for over a year and she still has our money and the dresses..
