"Rude & Aggressive"

Had 1 new front tyre from them & fitted. Drove on motorway and the steering wheel was shaking so went back to them stating their was no issue before I had the tyre from them and so they might not have balanced the tyre properly when fitted. Tried to fob me off and asked for more money to re-balance the tyre. Quite rude & aggressive when I told them I'm not paying and they must not have balanced the tyre properly first time. Then the boss came out told me never been any issueswith them balancing tyres and I would need to pay extra to re-balance. Went to another tyre shop who showed me on the machine that the wheel needed to be balanced as it hadn't been done..
