"Unhelpfull poor customer service"

I thought that I had ordered a front door with the pattern I wanted however, when they fitted the door it was not what I thought I had agreed to. I called Kiwi windows and explained the door was not what I thought I was paying for. I was told that I got what I ordered. I asked what could be done to put it right as the door did not look nice.The person on the end of the phone just said have a new door. there was suggestions or compromise or understanding. poor customer service. it basically came down to what the Kiwi representative and I agreed when he came to measure up. I wish I had another person with me at that time. I wont be using Kiwi windows or recommending them to anyone.
