"Very dossapointing"

Food all came separately 10 people came for my Bday meal. There was 40 mins inbetween first meal and last so we all ate separately. Staff were very polite and trying but lots of new staff learning so we didn't mind. Noone came to check if our food was ok. We made best of it and then asked to see manager who was rude and interrupted when tried to explain things weren't good. Pasta and onions hard in bolognese and children had to wait ages for their meals. But he didn't want to listen was rude and unsympathetic..
