Afternoon all,

Have used these guys twice and both for urgent repairs (I should have learnt after the first go) but gave them another go just in case.

Two motors sent there for different issues, the first needed a basic rewind and after a week and a bit of constant chasing and broken promises ended up going to the address and waiting.

So first go not great.

The second do is still ongoing, another motor but this time the shaft has been damaged and needed either machining or replacing, either none too taxing. That was three weeks ago and no news.

Would suggest if you think of these think again unless it is completely not urgent or not required.
