"Poor service"

My husband ordered flowers as a surprise for our anniversary. The day date and time was specified and all seemed ok except the flowers were delivered on the wrong day to the wrong house at the wrong time! The owner was not very helpful with my complaint and thought offering one single rose would make things right i had to ask for the money back. I would not recommend this florist if flowers are needed for a special occasion..
